Der Wohnblock Ernst-Friedrich-Straße 12, 13, 14, 16 ist eine geschlossene Blockrandbebauung im neubarocken Stil, die 1919/20 von Emil Valentin Gutmann für die Gemeinnützige Baugenossenschaft (1913 gegründet, 1941 übernommen durch <lex id="ins-1322">Mieter- und Bauverein</lex>) erbaut wurde. <br />
