=Hammweg=<br />

Der Hammweg im Karlsruher Stadtteil <lex id="top-0506">Daxlanden</lex> beginnt an der <lex id="top-2166">Pfarrstraße</lex>, verläuft in einem großen Bogen auf dem Hochgestade nach Süden über die <lex id="top-0738">Federbachstraße</lex>, <lex id="top-2709">Taubenstraße</lex>, <lex id="top-2232">Rappenwörtstraße</lex>, <lex id="top-1503">Kastenwörtstraße</lex>, <lex id="top-1276">Holländerstraße</lex>, <lex id="top-1612">Krämerstraße</lex>, <lex id="top-1285">Hördtstraße</lex> und geht an der <lex id="top-1553">Kirschstraße</lex> in die <lex id="top-2299">Rheinstrandallee</lex> über. Der Weg wurde nach der <lex id="ereig-0214">Eingemeindung</lex> 1910 nach dem Flurnamen benannt. Hamm kommt von lateinisch hamus (= Haken, Bogen) und bezeichnet Ackergelände, das an einer Flussbiegung oder Flussschlinge eines Rheinarms liegt. <br />
