Die Hohenzollernstraße im Stadtviertel <lex id="top-3073">Beiertheim</lex> des Karlsruher Stadtteils Beiertheim-<lex id="top-3074">Bulach</lex> beginnt an der <lex id="top-0298">Beiertheimer Allee</lex> westlich des <lex id="ins-1561">Albtalbahnhofs</lex> und verläuft nach Westen über die <lex id="top-1485">Karlstraße</lex>, <lex id="top-1634">Kronprinzenstraße</lex>, <lex id="top-0893">Gebhardstraße</lex>, <lex id="top-0927">Geschwister-Scholl-Straße</lex>, <lex id="top-2874">Wartburgstraße</lex>, <lex id="top-2098">Ossietzkystraße</lex> bis zum <lex id="top-1994">Neubruchweg</lex>, der an ihrem Ende nach Süden abbiegt. Die Straße wurde nach der <lex id="ereig-0214">Eingemeindung</lex> 1907 nach dem Fürstengeschlecht der Hohenzollern benannt. <br />

In der Straße stehen einige Häuser unter Denkmalschutz: ein Putzbau mit expressionistischen Zierelementen von 1927, heute ein Wohnhaus mit Läden und Rückgebäuden (Haus Nummern 9, 9a und 9b), ein dreigeschossiges Wohnhaus mit Mansardendach und Erker in der Achse der Straßenfront, Ende der 20er Jahre von <lex id="bio-0245">Adam Zippelius</lex> erbaut (Haus Nummer 17) und ein mehrgeschossiges Wohnhaus in der Nummer 33. <br />
