Die Valentinstraße im Karlsruher Stadtteil <lex id="top-0506">Daxlanden</lex> beginnt an der <lex id="top-1276">Holländerstraße</lex> bei der <lex id="ins-1273">Heilig-Geist-Kirche</lex>, verläuft in südlicher Richtung, kreuzt die <lex id="top-1612">Krämerstraße</lex>, die <lex id="top-1285">Hördtstraße</lex>, die <lex id="top-1553">Kirschstraße</lex> und geht an der <lex id="top-0018">Agathenstraße</lex> in die <lex id="top-1742">Lindenallee</lex> über. Die Straße wurde 1911 nach zwei Bischöfen mit Namen Valentin aus der Frühzeit des Christentums, Patrone der Daxlander <lex id="ins-1300">Valentinskirche</lex>, benannt.<br />

In der Valentinstraße 2-16 befindet sich eine Kleinhaussiedlung, erbaut 1918/19 vom <lex id="ins-1017">Städtischen Hochbauamt</lex> nach Plänen von <lex id="bio-0186">Robert Amann</lex>, die unter Denkmalschutz steht. Ebenso unter Denkmalschutz steht das Wegkreuz bei der Einmündung der Agathenstraße aus dem Jahr 1795.<br />
